Shipping your order is one of our main priorities and we strive to create
a smooth and seamless experience for you, our valued customer.


We think we're pretty fast! Our direct access to stock allows orders to ship within 24 hours. Place your order before 12 noon PST (Monday - Friday) and we ship within 1 business day.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. For expedited shipping, please contact us, delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination. When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email.

When your order is shipped

we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. You will have access to track your shipment every step of the way.

International customers?

Many of our loyal customers are international, so we proudly offer world-wide shipping. We offer many options to choose before finalizing your order. If you are an International customer, USPS does not provide tracking for packages once they leave the United States. We are unable to give you any further information beyond what the tracking shows. If you wish to track packages for the entirety of their journey, we recommend selecting DHL Express for all International orders.

Natural Way Products, Inc. is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.

What should I do if my package says delivered, but I have not received it?

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service for a replacement.

Do you accept returns?

We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. That is why we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you are not satisfied with a product you have received in your order, please follow the steps below.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order shipping date to be eligible for a refund.

We accept returns for product(s) purchased on or and issue refunds within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

The refund will be issued to the card that was used to purchase the product(s).

To request a return:

  1. Email and include your Order Number with the name of the product(s) you wish to return. You can find your Order Number in your Order Confirmation email.
  2. Your return request will be processed by Natural Way Product's Order Services Team who will provide further instructions, including how to ship the product(s) to Natural Way Products, Inc.

Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to Natural Way Products, Inc., unless Natural Way Products, Inc. shipped you a product that was different from the product you ordered on or We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package. 

Natural Way Products, Inc. reserves the right to request a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. Natural Way Products, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or deny a return request or refund at any time, at our discretion.
